About Our Company
The Greybeard Associates Corporation is a multi-divisional entity whose business focus is providing  a wide range of services to government organizations and to companies in the private sector.  We are a company dedicated to providing opportunity to mature citizens for income producing work and the satisfaction of augmenting their retirement sources with additional funds.

The company was originally founded in 1993 as Information Systems Integrators, Inc. but has subsequently been restructured and oriented toward a totally different business model.

Greybeard Associates Corporation is a majority Woman Owned Business Enterprise and has been registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia as such.  The Greybeard Associates Corporation is based on using mature citizens to fill any and all of our contracted positions.  This approach is designed to enable individuals who are in the senior citizen category, who have retired or are facing retirement to continue to earn income and to contribute to society.  Their life experiences and decades of work expertise contribute a wellspring of talent and strong work ethic to our client base.

Corporate Executives

Our corporate structure is based on a professional association model rather than on a standard commercial corporate structure.  Our corporate officers are:

Board Chair and CEO:  Charlotte N. Hodges

Executive Director & COO: Harvey R. Hodges

There is also a Corporate Stockholder Board as well as a Board of Advisors.

History
Originally established as an IT consulting company in 1993 with the corporate name of Information Systems Integrators, Inc., the corporation was basically dormant from 2001 until 2006 when we decided to re-activate it and create a retirement business that would focus on part time activities that would provide employment income to people who have retired or about to retire.  These are people who are not ready to simply sit back, but instead want to continue contributing to society, but at a slower pace.

Future Goals
The primary focus of the Greybeard Associates Corporation and subsequent subsidiary organizations, is to create a business organization that people immediately think of when they think of customer centric services and focus.  We want people to recommend us to their colleagues and to accomplish that, we must constantly strive for integrity in all of our dealings with customers and with our staff above all.
